  • How do I sign up?
    If you are an existing member of Red Door bakery and have already set up your sign in to our sight; you already are signed up! go to My Rewards in your Account to view your points. If you have not signed up go to the Consistent Cookie Rewards in the menu and select the "Sign Up" button in the top section of that page. You will be asked to enter your email address and create a password. If you are not sure how to sign up or are having trouble signing up, please contact us for more help. Thankyou!
  • Where are my rewards?
    You can view your "crumb" (point) balance and potential savings under My Rewards in your Account.
  • How do I redeem my rewards?
    Add the items you would like to buy to your cart. Open your cart and select "Checkout". On the next page the option to use your desired number of points for money off your order will appear in the order summary. Enter the number of points you would like to redeem and press "Apply Reward" Your reward will be subtracted from your order total, and you may finish the checkout process.
  • Can I redeem points as well as a coupon?
    Reward points can be used along with automatic discounts (if the product itself show a mark down in its price). Reward points can be used along with our automatic free shipping on all orders over $50. At this time reward points are considered coupons and currently only one coupon is allowed per order; so, you cannot redeem both a coupon and reward points in the same order at this time.
  • Do my points expire?
    Yes, points expire after 3 months. Reward tier is based off the last full years' worth of reward points earned
